History of the painting "Impression, Soleil Levant", Rising Sun, Claude Monet

When Rhett went to Paris, on chapter 3, I visited the first exhibition of the painters "Impressionnists". He got stuck in front of the painting of Claude Monet, "Impression, Soleil Levant", because the colors reminded him of Bonnie and Scarlett eyes.  Before leaving the exhibit, he bought the painting for hanging it inside his bedroom in Charleston.

Quand Rhett Butler va à Paris pour oublier Scarlett, dans le chapitre 3, il va visiter une exposition de peintres encore inconnus, qu'un critique appellera "les Impressionnistes". Il tombe en arrêt devant le tableau du peintre Claude Monet, "Impression, Soleil Levant". Les couleurs lui font penser aux yeux de Bonnie et de Scarlett.  Avant de quitter l'exposition, Rhett achète la toile pour qu'elle soit dans sa chambre à Charleston.
